We source directly from renowned plantations across Karnataka, India — regions globally recognised for premium black pepper and Arabica / Robusta coffee.

What grades of black pepper do you offer?

We offer GL 500, GL 520, GL 550 and GL 580 grades. Each grade is graded by bulk density and moisture level, ensuring uniform quality per specification.

Do you supply green coffee beans in different processing styles?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we supply washed, natural and honey-processed green coffee beans across Arabica and Robusta varieties, in screen sizes 15+, 17+ and 18+.

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Paid samples are couriered globally for buyer evaluation. Sample cost is adjusted against your first commercial order.

We currently supply buyers across the Middle East, Europe, North America, South East Asia, Australia, and Africa.

What Incoterms do you support?

We support EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF Incoterms depending on buyer preference and destination port.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 1 metric tonne for FCL orders. LCL and sample-based smaller quantities can be arranged on request.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept 30% advance TT and 70% against BL copy, or 100% Letter of Credit (LC) at sight from prime banks. Terms are flexible for repeat buyers.

Do you assist with export documentation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle complete documentation — Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading.

How is quality tested before shipping?

Accepted Answer

Every lot undergoes multi-stage inspection — moisture, bulk density, foreign matter, defect count and sensory evaluation — at our processing partner facilities. A pre-shipment COA is issued for every consignment.
